By choosing not to contract with insurance, I am able to work with you on decisions about your care that might otherwise be dictated by insurance companies, such as length, cost, and necessity of services. I am able to provide more confidential services as insurance companies have access to all of your therapy records, including diagnoses, notes, and personal history. I offer tiered pricing and superbills to help manage costs.

I don’t use AI in any part of my practice. Your sessions aren’t recorded, nor do I use AI to take notes or create treatment plans. My logo was designed by a dear friend and there’s no AI in my marketing.
