Services

I offer tiered pricing based on the Green Bottle model to best support inclusion of different financial experiences. I trust that you will be honest when assessing your economic reality and will not ask for financial documentation.

Weekend and evening sessions available.

The Green Bottle method explained in a graph. It shows 3 bottles with text describing various financial circumstances. The axes of the chart are "financial privilege" and "personal financial experience."

Coverage

To best support your autonomy and confidentiality, I do not accept insurance. By choosing not to contract with insurance, I am able to work with you on decisions about your care that might otherwise be dictated by insurance companies, such as length, cost, and necessity of services. I am able to provide more confidential services as insurance companies have access to all of your therapy records, including diagnoses, notes, and personal history.

I am considered an out-of-network provider with insurance companies, meaning you may be able to receive reimbursement for sessions. Please note that if you plan to use out-of-network benefits, a mental health diagnosis is required. You are responsible for payment at the time of the session and a superbill will be provided for you to submit to your insurance.

If you would like to explore this option further, check with your insurance company about your Out-of-Network coverage for mental health services prior to seeking services:

- Is there a deductible that must be met prior to receiving benefits for out-of-network mental health services? Once the deductible is met, what are the benefits for out-of-network mental health services?

- Are there any limits to reimbursement? Examples may include: a maximum amount reimbursed per session, or a limit on the number of sessions allowed.
